Reqistry is an API intelligence platform that helps developers and AI agents discover, evaluate, and select APIs, MCP servers, tools, and other capabilities. We aggregate information about capabilities from public sources and provide search, comparison, monitoring, scoring, and structured metadata. We do not own, operate, or control any of the APIs, servers, or tools referenced in our platform.

We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. Scoring reflects our best available evidence at a point in time and may not reflect real-time conditions. Always verify availability, documentation, pricing, and terms directly with the capability provider before integration.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding third-party capability data), is owned by Reqistry and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reqistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
